1. Coaching Services

  • Illumed Mindfulness provides mindfulness-based coaching, guidance, and support for life transitions, anxiety, grief, and personal growth.

  • These services are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment and should not replace the care of a licensed mental health or medical professional.

  • If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please call 911 or seek professional help immediately.

2. Eligibility

By booking or participating in our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Payment & Scheduling

  • All session fees must be paid in accordance with the rates listed on our website or booking platform.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.

  • Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded.

4. Confidentiality

  • We respect the confidentiality of all sessions. Information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or if there is risk of harm to yourself or others.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • You understand and agree that Illumed Mindfulness is not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on coaching sessions.

  • We make no guarantees of specific results from our services.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Illumed Mindfulness disclaims liability for any damages arising from the use of this website or participation in coaching services.

  • You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to hack, disrupt, or exploit the site in any way.
