Workplace Anxiety Coaching

For Tenured Corporate Professionals

"I worked for 27 years in the corporate setting and experienced first hand the suffocating grip chronic workplace anxiety can have — now I guide professionals with the tools I’ve developed to achieve calm, clarity, and resilience — cultivating the true self.” – Tom, Founder

You already hold the key to freedom, I help you access it

It's Sunday evening and the weekend is coming to an end. Your mind starts thinking about the countless things you have to do in the coming work week and the fear of failure starts to set in.  You can't sleep.

A recent announcement of organizational restructuring has you on edge and you feel an undercurrent of panic flow through your body as you imagine life without an income stream.

With all the recent new talent on board you start to question your relevance and if you can deliver at the same level.  The thoughts of self doubt feed on themselves and you end up with knots in your stomach and a feeling of heaviness wherever you go.

You start comparing yourself to others and come to the conclusion that while everyone else around you is excelling, you just aren't measuring up.

And then there's important proposal you have to present. You start to ruminate on fumbling the delivery and sink deeper into the quicksand of anxiety.

“A clinical trial of 1,400+ employees found that just 8 weeks of practicing mindfulness significantly reduced workplace stress, anxiety, and burnout — with benefits lasting months.”
— JAMA Network Open, 2025

When we are unconsciously identified with our thinking in this way we are essentially confined to a mental prison.

The fear we feel is a product of our thinking, and our thinking is usually rooted in past experiences and old ideas about ourselves that we have inaccurately accepted as true.

Our freedom lies in awareness,  consciousness itself.  Consciousness is the light in the darkness of dysfunctional thought.  I help you access this light in a gentle and compassionate way through mindfulness techniques along with a mind-body-awareness approach to healing.

The power of your true self never left you, it was just covered up by thought. Through my techniques, you will be able to harness this power of awareness, bringing a whole new perspective to your workplace anxiety and a revitalized outlook on your career and life itself.

Mind-Body-Awareness Approach

Mind

The mind is a powerful tool, but if left unobserved it can easily become a source of suffering. More often than not its the narrative in our head that is behind  our anxiety vs. the situation we are in. Mindfulness practices help us step out of that narrative by cultivating awareness, focus, and compassion toward our inner world. By learning how to observe rather than be consumed by our thoughts, we begin to restore clarity and balance, allowing space for calm and healing to emerge.

Body

Since the body is connected to the mind, its not surprising that it carries the imprint of anxiety created by the mind. This often shows up as tension, fatigue, digestive discomfort, chronic pain and many others. By treating the body with compassion and being mindful of how we are nurturing it, we create an opening for healing. My techniques reconnect you with your body, inviting breath, movement, and awareness back into your daily life.

"When the mind is steady, the body naturally follows."

Uncovering What You've Always Had

The aim of this work is not to make you whole again but instead to give you access to insights and tools that will illuminate the essence of wholeness that you already are - the true self.  By first uncovering and then cultivating the true self, you gain access to a profound and powerful dimension of your being that holds tremendous potential for healing and growth at both the career and life levels.

Awareness

Awareness is the dimension of our being that holds the deepest potential for transformation. Anxiety, though profoundly painful, often becomes the very doorway to awaken this hidden light. By leaning into this dimension, we gain access to a profound source of inner power and resilience — a strength that transcends circumstance that can transform anxiety into pathways of meaning, liberation, and renewal.  You already have this awareness in you — in fact, it is you, your true self — and I help you access it.

"Peace is already present. Fear dissolves in the now. Our thoughts don’t define us. Trusting in awareness and allowing it to guide our vision brings certainty, healing, and joy."   -Sacred Teachings
