My Story
I was 20 years deep into my career at a well known global technology manufacturing corporation and was recently moved to a new high pressure position with a very demanding manager. On the outside I projected an image that I had it together but on the inside I was drowning in a sea of fear. Ruminating thoughts of failure to deliver, feelings of inadequacy, possibilities of layoffs and just the weight of the day to day were pushing me to the edge. This heavy weight followed me everywhere, even when I wasn't working. It had infiltrated my mind and body and was running the show. I knew I had to do something or else I would end up on leave of absence due to work related anxiety like several of my co-workers.
My Story actually starts 10 years earlier. After struggling with addiction for several years, I was newly sober and recently diagnosed with cancer. Through the sobriety process I was introduced to the concept of meditation along with the eastern traditions rooted in mindfulness. It was here that I started to get a glimpse of the power of these principles that would utterly transform my life. They were pivotal in both staying sober and also navigating and overcoming the deeply challenging journey with cancer.

Shortly after recovering from cancer I developed a debilitating chronic pain condition that brought me to the edge of my existence. Several specialists later, I realized my condition was beyond the scope of western medicine. This is when I returned home to both therapy and mindfulness and started my journey into myself. It was here that I had an awakening into my own awareness, where my consciousness became aware of itself. This triggered an even deeper immersion into studying the principles of mindfulness and consciousness, reading countless books, deepening my meditation practice and cultivating the true self.

My journey into mindfulness revealed that my chronic pain condition was rooted in anxiety and improved over time as my practice deepened. As a result, I was asked to lead a group integration support program at a local pain and wellness clinic that works with victims of mental and emotional trauma.
The tools I have acquired on my journey have been life changing and I was able to avoid a complete breakdown in my corporate career because I applied the principles of mindfulness with a mind body awareness approach. By combining my 27 years of experience with anxiety in the corporate environment with these healing principles, I offer an effective program to help you uncover the peace available to you while navigating the relentless corporate landscape.

​Bio​
I was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona where I gravitated toward creativity and music but also had a very analytical mind. I studied Chemical Engineering at the Arizona State University and worked in technology manufacturing for 27 years. Today I enjoy dog rescue, both listening to and creating music, cycling, fitness and teaching.

I currently live in Scottsdale, AZ. My passion for personal growth, mindfulness, and supporting others continues to be the foundation of my work, and I remain dedicated to helping people reclaim balance, peace, and resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
